We negotiate fair and competitive commercial terms with producers to ensure a mutually beneficial business relationship.
**Purchase and Logistics:** We acquire green coffee from Colombian producers and coordinate the logistics of transportation to the destination country. We handle customs documentation, organize maritime or air transport, and supervise import procedures to ensure timely and secure delivery of the coffee.
**Storage and Distribution:** Once the coffee arrives in the destination country, we take care of storing it in our facilities or distribution centers. We conduct quality controls to ensure that the coffee meets established standards before being distributed to customers.
**Roasting and Packaging:** Through our roasting partners, we roast and package the coffee for distribution.
**Promotion and Marketing:** We promote and market Colombian coffee in the destination market through various strategies, including advertising campaigns, participation in trade fairs, collaborations with coffee shops and specialty stores, as well as the development of digital marketing strategies.
**2. Acceptable Use**
